Sewing Projects

Last week I tried my hand at sewing some "fun" things for Ellie. The first is a sock monkey ball. I will say that Little Miss Ellie loves it, but that would be an understatement. She has enjoyed balls for a while now, but this one is cuddly too so it is fast becoming the ball of choice.

The next "fun" thing I made was this puppy. I am giving you a side view because the eyes are rather crocked. So much so that when I first showed it to Tom all he did was laugh :). Next time I won't follow the directions and will wait until the front is stitched and then put in the eyes. Despite the crooked eyes, Ellie still likes her puppy and gives him lots of hugs.
