We finally found out how much it costs to send an airmail letter out of Russia....it is 64 rubles and 30 kopek. This equals about $2.50. The funny thing is that all the postage they gave us in in 1, 2, and 3 ruble stamps. This means a ton of stamps per card. The below card has 65 stamps on it. We had to use several 30 kopek stamps because we ran out of 1 ruble ones so it took more. The Post Office was only able to give Tom stamps for a couple letters. Apparently they ran out so he will have to return on Wednesday to get more.

Maybe you will have to use larger envelopes to have room for all the stamps:)
