Farm Boy!

The other day Owen came in the house and said that when he grows up he wants to be a farm boy. I told him that he could be one now and that means he does all kinds of outside chores like feeding the chicken, watering the chickens, feeding the dog, yard work, fencing etc. He has been very diligent to go outside each day and do yard chores. One day after his "work" he came in with flowers for me that he found out in the pasture.

A large portion of his yard work includes moving. he has a toy mower and will systematically mow around the yard for 30-60 minutes per time. One day recently he told me that he thinks his mower is not working very well because he tested it on a dandelion and it did not cut it down. I thought that would be the end of his moving, but today he was back at it again.
