This past Thursday was Ellie last session of summer swim lessons. There is a one week break and then the fall session begins. She really loves her swim lessons and her teacher Margaret. At the same time as her lesson there is also free swim going on. It is at 6:30 pm during the week so there is usually no one in the free swim area so Tom took Owen in swimming while Ellie was in her lesson. Owen really like the water and he had even more fun after Margaret gave him some toys to play with.
I took a bunch of pictures so I made a lot of them into collages for easier viewing :)
These pictures are of Ellie doing a sit dive and then the freestyle stroke out to her teacher. She independently swims about 15 feet.

Ellie is really good about her back swim and can push off on her back and swim 20 feet out to the lane rope all by herself.
Sometimes the teacher takes the kids out where it is deeper water and they can't touch with their tippy toes. Here is Ellie swimming along the rope without touching down.

How fun!!! You put together some really nice collages of the action pictures. Thanks for taking the time to post these...we sure enjoy seeing them. Looks like there are going to be a couple of little "fish" in your family:)
