We recently attended a Village Missions Conference on Camano Island. We arrived a bit early so went to the State Park beach. The water was really cold, but Ellie still enjoyed playing in it. Owen had fun just looking around from his perch in the backpack carrier.

This looks like a really pretty area to spend some time. That would be neat if we could do a family reunion somewhere near there sometime.
